SchoolP3 is a simple school management system designed for small schools. It helps schools manage students, teachers, classes and academic records in a simple digital way.
A school creates an account and generates a User ID and Password. Teachers and students login using these credentials.
Teachers can enter marks while students can only view their academic information.
The school administrator has full control over the system including creating classes, adding students, deleting records and generating academic documents.

Privacy Policy
SchoolP3 respects the privacy of its users.
The application stores basic information required for the operation of the school management system such as school name, email address, password and student details.
Student information may include student name, date of birth and class information for academic record management.
The email provided during school registration is used only for account management purposes such as password recovery or account deletion request processing.
The application uses Firebase services for secure data storage.
Users are responsible for providing correct information during registration. The email address is not verified during registration.
School administrators have full control over their school data including adding or deleting students, teachers and classes.
Users can request permanent account deletion using the deletion request form available on this page.
We do not sell, share or distribute user data to third parties.
